In this 7-day Inca Jungle tour, we will visit the most important archaeological centers of the city of Cusco accompanied by adventure.
The first day we will visit Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Qoricancha and the San Pedro Market, on the second day we will make the trip to the sacred valley of the Incas where we will visit the Pisaq valley, the Ollantaytambo Fortress and we will end in the town of Chincheros knowing the royal hacienda from Inca Tupac Yupanqui, the third day our adventure will begin, we will make a short trip by car to there will be Malaga where we begin our descent on bicycles and then do the canoeing, the next day we will have the trekking to reach our most important point of the tour, which is the citadel of Machu Picchu without first visiting and enjoying the hot springs of Cocalmayo and we will venture to do the Zip Line and finally we will meet the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu.

DAY 01.- CUSCO – CITY TOUR
Arriving to Cusco to the airport we wait and transfer you to your hotel in Cusco, once at the hotel you will have chances to try an aromatic coca-leaf tea for the height of the city , and then you can relax and have lunch before the tour of the city.
1:30 PM City Tour: we will meet you at your hotel lobby to begin our tour, we will visit the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha, the Plaza de Armas, the main streets, the San Pedro Market, we will also visit the 02 ruins near the city, the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman and finally “Kenko”, at 6:00 pm transfer to the hotel.

DAY 02.- CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS
The tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas begins at 8:00 AM with the pick up from your hotel in Cusco, then we will make the trip to the “sacred valley of the Incas”, we start with Qorao, and then travel over the Vilcanota river, we will have a view panoramic view of the Inca citadel of Pisac and we will also visit the typical market of Pisac, where we will have the opportunity to learn about the customs and traditions of its inhabitants.Lunch will be at a local restaurant in the Sacred Valley of the Incas (optional $20 USD ). In the afternoon we visit the Ollantaytambo Fortress and Citadel, built to guard the entrance to this part of the valley and protect it from possible invasions by the inhabitants of the jungle.
We will have the opportunity to walk through the streets of the town and thus have a clear idea of what this military, religious and cultural center was like during the Inca Empire.
On the way back to Cusco we will visit the picturesque town of Chinchero, where the remains of the royal estate of the Inka Túpac Yupanqui are located. You will admire its well-preserved Inca Wall in the main square and visit the beautiful colonial temple with interesting fresco paintings on the portico, this temple was built on the foundations of an Inca building. Here we can also visit its craft market and enjoy the demonstration of the natural dyeing of wool and fabrics.
Once the visit completed, we’ll return to Cusco, we’ll arrive to the city at approximately 06:30 p.m.

DAY 03.- CUSCO – “ABRA MALAGA” – SANTA MARIA (BIKING AND RAFTING)
We’ll pick you up from the hotel at 06:00 am in our private transport and travel for an average of four hours to reach Carrizales or San Luis where we will start our adventure, in the way, we’ll pass through “Abra Malaga” which is at 4,300 m.a.s.l. We will bike downhill for an average of three hours to Santa Maria, where we will have lunch. Along the way, we will see the typical vegetation of a cloud forest enjoying coffee plantations and coca leaves, to reach the town of Santa Maria where we’re going to spend the night in a lodging house.
This day in the afternoon, we’ll have the option of canoeing (rafting) during 1 hour and a half the river of Vilcanota (Class III, IV).

DAY 04.- SANTA MARIA – THERMAL BATHS – SANTA TERESA (INCA JUNGLE)
After a delicious breakfast, at 06:30 a.m approximately, we will be ready for the first day of trek towards Santa Teresa. The first two hours of our tour will be on the rise, in the way, we will have several stops to learn more of the rich flora and fauna of the area at where we will be, one will be in a family where we will relax for about 20 minutes, here we could also stock up on water and some delicious tropical fruits in the area, later we’ll cross a section of the Inca trail that once connected the Sacred City of the Incas Machu Picchu with the city of Vilcabamba, here our tour guide will explain you a little more about the history of the Incas and the communication system they had in those days, at this point, we’ll also have some of the most breathtaking views across the Canyon of Huancarccasa, then we’ll descend to the village where we’re going to stop for lunch at Quellomayo, after a delicious lunch and a rest in the hammocks of our restaurant will continue with the last 02 hours walk to the thermal baths of Cocalmayo where we will have a good time to enjoy this very special place, after thermal baths we will go to our final destination “The village of Santa Teresa” where we will spend our second night in a basic accommodation.

DAY 05.- SANTA TERESA – “AGUAS CALIENTES” (ZIP LINE)
This morning, we’ll have the option of making the canopy or zip line (monkey tail).
For after breakfast, we’ll head to Santa Teresa here we will find another barrage to cross the same river Urubamba, then we’ll hike of 2 hours and a half, along the way, we will observe plantations of fruits such us banana, orange, avocado, mango and observe some waterfalls, finally we will observe the mountain of Machu Picchu, then we’ll arrive to “Hidroeléctrica” where we will have lunch, after that we will walk for three hours along the railway line to the town of Machu Picchu.

DAY 06.- MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
This day we will start our tour very early and after breakfast we will go to the station to board the bus, we will make a 30-minute trip to the Citadel of Machu Picchu. We will have a 2-hour guided tour to see the most important places in Machu Picchu, after the tour in Machu Picchu you have free time to visit Machu Picchu on your own, you can hike to the Puerta de Sol or the Inka bridge. (optional walk and climb to the mountain of Machu Picchu or Huayna Picchu has an extra cost of $70 USD per person).
At the appropriate time, we will take the bus and descend from Machu Picchu to Aguas Calientes usual train departure to Ollantaytambo is in the afternoon, followed by car two hours drive to your hotel in Cusco.

DAY 07.- CUSCO – LIMA

At the appropriate time, pick-up from the hotel and transfer to the airport to take our flight back to Lima.

Huaynapicchu and Mount Machu Picchu
- To climb Mount Huaynapicchu or Mount Machu Picchu, there is a limit of spaces per day, it is recommended to book in advance. The extra cost is $35 USD per person.
- Once the quotas for Huaynapicchu or Mountain are exhausted, there is no option to get revenue.
- The cost to climb Huaynapicchu or Machu Picchu Mountain is $35.00 USD, it must be increased to the total cost of the package.
- People who do the Inca trail and wish to climb Huaynapicchu or Mount Machu Picchu, have to make an extra payment of $ 75.00 USD.
- IMPORTANT: Before requesting the ticket for Huaynapicchu or Machu Picchu Mountain, check availability at the following button.
