The Colca Canyon 3 Day Tour is an extraordinary trail packed with beautiful scenery and memorable cultural attractions. The tour starts with a visit to the viewpoint of the Condors, where the sacred bird of the Incas, the Andean Condor, flies through the Canyon, entertaining its visitors throughout the day.
Each day you will hike for 3 hours through the breathtaking Colca Canyon, amidst the backdrop of snow-capped Volcanic peaks and argricultural terraces. You will also encounter local communities along the way, who will happily demonstrate their traditional dance and vibrant clothing, native to their culture.

Itinerary
- DAY 1 : AREQUIPA – CHIVAY – CRUZ DEL CONDOR – SAN JUAN
- DAY 2 : SAN JUAN – SANGALLE OASIS
- DAY 3 : SANGALLE – CABANACONDE – CHIVAY – AREQUIPA
DAY 1 – AREQUIPA – CHIVAY – CRUZ DEL CONDOR – SAN JUAN
- 3:00am : Pick up from your hotel in Arequipa
- 3-hour drive to the mountain town of Chivay
- 6:30am : Arrive in Chivay for breakfast
- 1-hour drive to ‘Cruz del Condor’ viewpoint
- 8:30am : Free time to explore and take photos
- 9:30am : 20 mins drive to San Miguel Trailhead
- 3-hour hike down the zig zig canyon trail
- 1:00pm : Arrive at San Juan de Chuccho
- 1:15pm : Check into your bamboo bungalow
- 1:30pm : Take Lunch in San Juan de Chuccho
- 2:30pm : Rest in your bamboo bungalow
- 7:00pm : regroup for dinner
DAY 2 – SAN JUAN – SANGALLE OASIS
- 8:00am : Breakfast in San Juan de Chuccho
- 9:00am : Hike for 3-hours along canyon wall
- 12:00pm : Arrive at Oasis of Sangalle
- 12:00pm : Check into your bamboo bungalow
- 12:30pm : Take lunch at the Oasis of Sangalle
- 1:30pm : Swim in pool and relax in hammocks
- 7:00pm : Regroup for dinner
DAY 3 – SANGALLE – CABANACONDE – CHIVAY – AREQUIPA
- 5:00am : Wake up and begin hiking
- 3-hour ascent back out of the canyon
- 8:30am : Arrive in the town of Cabanaconde
- 8:45am : Breakfast in Cabanaconde
- 10:00am : Depart Cabanaconde in private car
- 10:30am : Stop at Antawilke viewpoint
- 11:00am : 1-hour in Yanque Hot Springs
- 12:30pm : Arrive in the town of Chivay
- 12:45pm : Buffet Lunch in Chivay
- 1:30pm : Depart Chivay in private car
- 2:30pm : Stop at Patapama Pass viewpoint
- 3:30pm : Salinas y Aguada Blanca National Reserve
- 5:30pm : Drop off at hotel in Arequipa
